The City Government of Tagbilaran, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Seven (P 547,467.00) Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)- Appropriation Ordinance No. 24-05 for the procurement of Goods as stipulated in RFQ No. 2509-526; Purchase Request No. 2025-003339, 2025-003098, 2025-003486, 2025-002389 and 2025-002099. Quotations from suppliers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
