Procurement of Goods [Replacement of Spare Parts and Engine Oil Diesel]

The City Government of Tagbilaran, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Six Thousand and Twenty Centavos (P 56,020.00) Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)- Appropriation Ordinance No. 24-05 for the procurement of Goods as stipulated in RFQ No. 2509-524; Purchase Request No. 2025-003433, 2025-003338 and 2025-003423. Quotations from suppliers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

The City Government of Tagbilaran now invites suppliers to quote for 1set piston for m-cab and others for multicab no.14, 2unit tail light assembly (L/R) strada pick up with plate no. SKP358, and 10liters engine oil diesel for dental bus with plate no. 131203, navara plate no. F34881, Van plate no. F4D088 and multicab plate no. 090110 for the City Admin, VMO and TCPCF, LGU Tagbilaran City. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 days after receipt of Purchase Order.
