Procurement of Goods [Supplies for Repair and Maintenance of Ineo Photocopier Machine]
The City Government of Tagbilaran, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Seven (P 365,467.00) Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)- Appropriation Ordinance No. 24-05 for the procurement of Goods as stipulated in RFQ No. 2508-490; Purchase Request No. 2025-002389 and 2025-002099. Quotations from suppliers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
The City Government of Tagbilaran now invites suppliers to quote for 1-unit intermediate image transfer k, transfer roller unit and photocopier toner for ineo (genuine) for the CMO, LGU Tagbilaran City. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 days after receipt of Purchase Order.
