Procurement of Goods [Supplies & Others]

The City Government of Tagbilaran, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Thirty-Five and Ninety Centavos (P 143,035.90) Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)- Appropriation Ordinance No. 24-05 for the procurement of Goods as stipulated in RFQ No. 2506-414; Purchase Request No. 2025-002889, 2025-002981, 2025-002885 and 2025-002759. Quotations from suppliers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

The City Government of Tagbilaran now invites suppliers to quote for 42 pcs. shuttle cock feather for badminton players, 47 pcs. gold medal for the winners and others for the TCC, CEE and CTO, LGU Tagbilaran City. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Quotation for the Goods is open to all interested suppliers, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184.
