Procurement of Goods [Toner & Repair and Replacement of Parts for Gestetner Photocopier Machine]

The City Government of Tagbilaran, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Six and Seventy-Five Centavos (P136,526.75) Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)- Appropriation Ordinance No. 24-05 for the procurement of Goods as stipulated in RFQ No. 2503-259; Purchase Request No. 2025-002433, 2025-002325 & 2025-002523. Quotations from suppliers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

The City Government of Tagbilaran now invites suppliers to quote for 3 bottles photocopier toner (genuine), photo conductor unit and others for the CEO, OSCA & City Comelec, LGU Tagbilaran City. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 days after receipt of Purchase Order.
