Procurement of INFRA (Demolition of Friendship Park Comfort Rooms)

The City Government of Tagbilaran, through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 24-05 for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR PESOS AND EIGHTY SEVEN PESOS only (Php113,764.87) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Quotation No. 2502-218. Quotations from suppliers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

The City Government of Tagbilaran now invites contractors to quote for Demolition of Friendship Park Comfort Rooms for the CGSO, Tagbilaran City. Work may commence not later than 7 Calendar Days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Calendar Days to Complete is within 14 Calendar Days.

Quotation for INFRA will be conducted through open competitive procedures as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
