Procurement of Goods [Automated External Defibrillator]

The City Government of Tagbilaran, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred (P 659,200.00) Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)- Appropriation Ordinance No. 24-05 for the procurement of Goods as stipulated in RFQ No. 2501-83; Purchase Request No. 2024-001865. Quotations from suppliers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

The City Government of Tagbilaran now invites suppliers to quote for 2 units automated external defibrillator for the CDRRMO, LGU Tagbilaran City. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Quotation for the Goods is open to all interested suppliers, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184.
