Inclusions:
(1) Calibration services to also include inspection and actual test runs of equipment
(2) Service provider to present accreditation certificate or equivalent as qualified
calibrator from manufacturer or accreditation from DTI-PAB
(3) Service provider to issue Service Report(s) and Calibration Certificate(s) within 7 days from calibration.
(4) Calibration stickers to be provided on-site immediately after calibration
(5) Price is VAT-inclusive
(6) Partial Payment to be processed after each scheduled calibration
