The Department of Social and Welfare Development, through its Centers and Residential Care Facilities (CRCF) intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Seven Pesos (1,191,277.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Supply of Labor and Materials for the Repair and Improvement of Comfort Room at the Assistant Secretary for Protective Programs. Quotation/s received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
