Procurement of Goods [e-Procurement System Redevelopment, Tracking Management System & Task Management System]

The City Government of Tagbilaran, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand (P 300,000.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) - Appropriation Ordinance No. 22-04 for the procurement of Goods as stipulated in RFQ No. 2311-665;Purchase Request No. 5506. Quotations from suppliers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

The City Government of Tagbilaran now invites suppliers to quote for e-Procurement System Redevelopment, Tracking Management System & Task Management System, for the CGSO, LGU Tagbilaran City. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Quotation for the Goods is open to all interested suppliers, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184.
