Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intends to procure Various Medical Equipment under Emergency Department through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”, and composed of 3 - line item/s with approved budget of the contract amounting to ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSNAD PESOS (Php 1,915,000.00) with Certification Availability of Fund No. 2025-618 dated December 1, 2025 from Income Fund.
