Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intends to procure Mannequins CPR Adult and Infant through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”, and composed of 2 - line item/s with approved budget of the contract amounting to THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 350,000.00) with Certification Availability of Fund No. 2025-627 dated December 4, 2025 from Income Fund.
