Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intends to procure Various Office Equipment through Sec. 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009 otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act,” and composed of 9 - line items and 1 - lot item with a total approved budget of the contract amounting to TWO HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php 213,000.00) with Certification Availability of Fund No. 2025 - 619/620 from Income Fund.

Interested suppliers/contractors/service provider shall submit a copy of the following documents and along with the quotation on or before the above specified deadline of submission of quotation.
