of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009 otherwise known as
the “New Government Procurement Act,” and composed of 12-line items with a total approved
budget of the contract amounting to ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND
THREE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (Php1,426,350.00) with Certification Availability of Fund No. 2025
- 598, 615 & 616 from Regular and Income Fund.
