Various Drugs and Medicine for Patient-s Use through Sec. 34 Small Value Procurement of the
Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009 otherwise known as the
“New Government Procurement Act,” and composed of 6 - line items with a total approved
budget of the contract amounting to ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR THOUSAND NINE
HUNDRED NINETEEN PESOS (Php 1,964,919.00) with Certification Availability of Fund No. 2025 -
609 from Regular Fund.
