Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intends to procure Various Medical and OR Supplies through Sec. 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009 otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act,” and composed of 19 - line items with a total approved budget of the contract amounting to SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO PESOS 40/100 (Php 733,772.40) with various Certification Availability of Fund.

Interested suppliers/contractors/service provider shall submit a copy of the following documents and along with the quotation on or before the above specified deadline of submission of quotation.
