Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intends to procure Catering Services for 95th Founding Anniversary and Meals and Venue for BEmONC through Sec. 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009 otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act,” and composed of 2 - line items with a total approved budget of the contract amounting to SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND ELEVEN PESOS AND 40/100 (Php 655,011.40) with various Certification Availability of Fund.
