Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intends to procure Various Drugs and Medicine through Sec. 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009 otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act,” and composed of 11 - line items with a total approved budget of the contract amounting to ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE PESOS (Php 1,991,755.00) with Certification Availability of Fund No. 2025-497 dated September 6, 2025.
