Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intends to procure Venue and Meals for Annual Strategic Planning for Learning and Development through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”, and composed of 1 - lot item/s with approved budget of the contract amounting to TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND PESOS (Php 286,000.00) with Certification Availability of Fund No. 2025-447 dated September 9, 2025.
