RFQ No.: 2025 - 195 - Books for mental Health Unit
Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intends to procure Books for mental Health Unit through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”, and composed of 4-line item/s with approved budget of the contract amounting to THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 380,000.00) with Certification Availability of Fund No. 2025-390 dated August 15, 2025.
Interested service provider shall submit a copy of the following documents and along with the quotation on or before the above specified deadline of submission of quotation. Quotations may be submitted manually, or through email at the address and contact number indicated below.
