Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intends to procure Covid-19 Nucleic Acid Detection Kit. (RT-PCR) and RNA Extraction (Bead Based, Pre-Filled) through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”, and composed of 2-line item/s with approved budget of the contract amounting to THREE HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND FORTY PESOS (Php 311,040.00) with Certification Availability of Fund No. 2025-383/385 dated August 11, 2025.
