Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intends to procure One (1) lot Subscription, SSL, SSL Wild Card Certificate Two (2) website for OPD Appointment System and HR System with QR Code Scanner through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”, and composed of 1-lot item/s with approved budget of the contract amounting to ONE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 160,000.00) with Certification Availability of Fund No. 2025-372 dated August 7, 2025.
