Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intends to procure Supply, Delivery and Installation of UPS Battery for MRI through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”, and composed of 1-line item/s with approved budget of the contract amounting to ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php 116,000.00) with Certification Availability of Fund No. 2025-374 dated August 7, 2025.
Interested service provider shall submit a copy of the following documents and along with the quotation on or before the above specified deadline of submission of quotation. Quotations may be submitted manually, or through email at the address and contact number indicated below.
