Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intends to procure Cotton Rolls and Cotton Balls for Different Wards of DR. PJGMRMC through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”, and composed of 2-line item/s and 1-lot item with approved budget of the contract amounting to TWO HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php 215,000.00) with Certification Availability of Fund No. 2025-351 dated July 23, 2025.
