Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intends to procure Various Semi-Expendable IT and Office Equipment for Various Offices through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”, and composed of 23-line items with approved budget of the contract amounting to ONE MILLION FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 1,053,000.00) with Certification Availability of Fund No. 2025-367 dated August 5, 2025, 2025-369, and 2025-364 dated August 5, 2025, 2025-335 dated July 16, 2025, and 2025-363 dated August 1, 2025 .
