Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intends to procure Computer Chair & Folding Table for IMISS Use through Sec. 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009 otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act,” and composed of 1 - line item with a total approved budget of the contract amounting to SIXTY-ONE THOUSAND PESOS (Php61,000.00) with Certification Availability of Fund No. 2025-249 dated dated June 3, 2025.

Interested suppliers/contractors/service provider shall submit a copy of the following documents and along with the quotation on or before the above specified deadline of submission of quotation.
