Description : Please quote your lowest price on the item(s) listed below, subject to the Terms and Conditions stated below and submit your quotation duly signed by your representative not later than 9:00 a.m. on December 23, 2025 in the return envelope attached herewith, to the BAC Secretariat of DPWH-Isabela Third District Engineering Office, Tagaran Cauayan City, Isabela and will be opened immediately after the deadline of submission of quotation.

1. Quotations exceeding the ABC or submitted beyond the deadline shall be rejected.
2. Price quotation/s - to be denominated in Philippine Peso - shall include all taxes, duties and/or applicable discounts, if any.
