Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intends to procure Various Semi-Expendable Equipment for Pediatric Ward Use through Section 52 (b) Shopping of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, and composed of 7-line items with approved budget of the contract amounting to FIVE HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND PESOS (Php 506,000.00) with Certification Availability of Fund No. 2025-168 dated April 29, 2025.
Interested service provider shall submit a copy of the following documents and along with the quotation on or before the above specified deadline of submission of quotation. Quotations may be submitted manually, or through email at the address and contact number indicated below.
