Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intends to procure Conversion of Vaccination Room to Mental Health Office and Counselling Room through Sec. 53.9 Small Value Procurement of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, and composed of 1-lot item with approved budget of the contract amounting to THREE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE PESOS AND 15/100 (Php 317,961.15) with Certification Availability of Fund No. 2025-144 dated April 8, 2025.
