Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intends to procure Various Embolectomy Catheter through Section 52 (b) Shopping of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, and composed of 4-line items with approved budget of the contract amounting to ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (Php 128,000.00) with Certification Availability of Fund No. 2025-145 dated April 10, 2025.

Interested service provider shall submit a copy of the following documents and along with the quotation on or before the above specified deadline of submission of quotation. Quotations may be submitted manually, or through email at the address and contact number indicated below.
