1. The DILG Regional Office 8, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PHILGEPS registered suppliers/contractors to submit sealed quotations for the project Mug, Shirt, & Plaque: EODB Regional Forum 2025: "Empowering Local Governments Through Ease of Doing Business Reforms" With Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of Fifty-Three Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php 53,250.00)
2. Procurement will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.9).
3. Suppliers/contractors shall submit their sealed quotations on or before September 1, 2025, 9:00AM at the DILG Regional Office 8 Kanhuraw Hill, Tacloban City, Leyte
