Terms and Conditions:
1. Participating bidders/suppliers should have at least 3 functional/serviceable existing vehicles in “good condition” for simultaneous trip schedules. Clean and free from foul odor.
2. Twelve (12) hours available service each day.
3. Bidders/Suppliers should ensure availability of alcohols/sanitizers, and wearing of face masks at all times.
4. Drivers must be fully vaccinated.
5. Driver is prohibited from smoking and drinking of liquor for the entire contract duration.
6. Provision of food and lodging allowance for drivers should be charged to the service provider.
a. Respective area of assignment (venues/centers/barangays if needed).
b. Respective residence if along the route, and whenever necessary.
9. Must have a rescue/back-up vehicle in case there is an emergency.
