* Provision of food and lodging allowance for drivers and should be charged to the service provider.

* Drop off point for passengers is at Caticlan.
* The type of Vehicle to be provided per trip must be able to accommodate 14 passengers.
* The driver must ensure that the passengers list and trip ticket are properly filled up and must be timely submitted to the end-user for easy facilitation of payment.
* For security purpose, the service provider must provide the biodata of their drivers, including NBI and police Clearance.
* The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is at fixed rate, regardless of the inflation rate or fuel price increase.
