INVITATION TO BID FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
INVITATION TO NEGOTIATE NO:2025-08-0188

1. The Municipal Government of Salcedo, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure thru Negotiated Procurement (after Two Failed Biddings) pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act No. 9184, the Project: Dietary Supplementation of Malnourish Under Five Children with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of THREE HUNDRED FORTY- NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX PESOS AND FORTY CENTS (Php 349,736.40)

2. The Municipal Government of Salcedo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 40 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
