Description : NOTICE TO ALL PROVIDERS/SUPPLIERS:

I. The Department of Science and Technology, Caraga, through its BAC intends to procure Consultancy Services on Environmental Management Program for Cleaner Production Technology.

Duration of Engagement: Maximum of six (6) months

A. Scope of Works:
1. Conduct of firm visit:
a. Collect data on current processes, energy usage, waste generation, and raw materials usage.
b. Create process maps to identify potential areas for improvement.

2. Conduct training/discussion as part of the progress reporting to the clients.

3. Submit all consultancy reports to DOST Caraga.

B. Expected Outputs of the consultant:
1. Inception (Findings, Recommendations, Scheduling, and Task- FiRST) Report

2. Final Report (CP Assessment Report)

The consultant must submit the following requirements:
