Description : Please quote your lowest price on the item(s) listed, subject to the Terms and Conditions stated below and submit your quotation duly signed by your representative not later than 10:00 A.M. on December 4, 2025 in a sealed envelope (1 original and 2 photocopies) to the Bids and Award Committee of Masbate-Mobo Water District with mailing address at Sitio Cagba, Barangay Tugbo , Masbate City, Masbate and will be opened on the same day at 10:01 A.M.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. All entries must be typewritten or legibly written.
2. Delivery/Performance period shall be on December 12-13, 2025.
3. Administrative penalties pursuant to Section 69 of the Revised IRR-RA 9184 shall be imposed for non-delivery without valid reason.
4. Price validity shall be for a period of 120 calendar days.
5. PhilGEPS Registration, Suppliers Registration Certificate, Mayor-s Permit, and DTI Registration shall be attached upon submission of the quotation.
