Description : PROJECT: “ONE (1) LOT FULL CLEANING OF NINETY (90) WINDOW TYPE AIR CONDITIONING UNITS AT DORMITORY ROOMS OF DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY OF THE PHILIPPINES CONFERENCE CENTER IN TAGAYTAY CITY”

01. SCOPE OF WORK

01.1. Mobilization of materials, manpower, tools, equipment, Personal Protective and Equipment (PPE);
01.2. Acquisition of necessary permits and/or clearances, if any;
01.3. Providing required and standard equipment to be use to successfully and properly execute the work;
01.4. Visual inspection and testing of seventy-nine (79) units of 1 hp and eleven (11) units of 1.5 hp of window type ACUs unit for signs of damage, corrosion, or malfunction before execution of scope of work to guarantee that the units are running in good condition;
01.5. Safely dismounting and hauling of units to the designated area of cleaning;
01.6. Full cleaning of the whole ACU;
01.7. Reinstallation of pulled out units;
01.8. Testing and commissioning of the units before acceptance;
