Description : The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital hereby invites interested suppliers to submit quotation for the supply and delivery of:

4-5ml draw, plastic, with safety closure to prevent splashes and aerosol, upon opening and closing the tube, exact fill mark, tube dimension must not exceed 13 x 75mm, label for patient information, expiry of at least 18 months from the date of delivery
Quotation must be submitted to the BAC Secretariat Office, New Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital, Tayuman St., Manila on or before September 1, 2025.
