Description : The Department of Education - Division of Southern Leyte, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) for Infrastructure Projects, hereby invites contractors duly registered with the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to offer sealed quotation for the following maintenance project at the SDO- Southern Leyte, through Small Value Procurement pursuant to Rule XVI, Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184. Bids received in excess of the ABC per LOT shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
