Description : The System for Digital Archiving must include program development, integration to existing system and training of employees with the following feature and specifications.

Features of System:

System that provides centralized, digital repository for organizing, storing, tracking, and retrieving documents and information. It will enhance employees work efficiency by streamlining workflows and
helps ensure compliance with office regulations.

Specification of System:

1) Folders (directories) are to be created as levels upon creation.
2) Renamed level names should also rename the directories that were created.
3) Deletion Rules
a. Cannot delete level 3 when archives are already present
b. Cannot delete level 2- when there are entries in level 3
c. Cannot delete level 1 when there are entries in level 2
d. Archived images can only be removed by deleting a docket trailer entry (or page number)
4) Acquisition and Indexing
a. All items kept in storage are to be assigned docket numbers (with added info like docket name/description, periods...
