The Philippine Coconut Authority - Region VI (PCA-R6), through its Regional Bids & Awards Committee (RBAC), will undertake a Small Value Procurement for “Machineries and Equipment”, in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
