Description : ANNUAL CONSUMABLE MATERIALS FOR ELECTRICAL AND HVAC UNITS

1. The Technological University of the Philippines Manila Campus, through the FY 2024 Approved Utilization of Income under Fund 101 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 798,650.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Annual Consumable Materials for Electrical and HVAC Units Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Technological University of the Philippines Manila Campus now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is based on TOR.
3. The Technological University of the Philippines reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
