Description : General Conditions:
1.Prices should be inclusive of VAT.
2.Price Validity shall be for a period of 30 calendar days.
3.Please submit a copy of your PhilGEPS Registration Number, Mayor-s Business Permit prior to the award of Purchase Order.
4.Bidders may quote for any or all the items.
5.Price quotation, to be dominated in Philippine peso shall include all taxes, duties and/or levies payable.
6.Quotation exceeding the Approved Budget for the contract shall be rejected.
7.Award of contract shall be made to the lowest quotation (for goods and infrastructure) or, the highest rated offer (for consulting services) which complies with the minimum technical specifications and other terms and conditions stated herein.
8.The item/s shall be delivered within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of purchase order at Pinamula Integrated School, Kibawe Bukidnon
9.Open quotation may be submitted manually or through mail at the address of the school.
