"Pre-Event Planning and Coordination
1. Interactive Kiosks/Booths:
Design, set up, and install at least five (5) interactive kiosks/booths featuring gamified activities related to mental health.
2. Coordinate with local agencies, including the Provincial Health Office (PHO) and PDOHO Apayao, for technical support, manpower, and health service provisions.
3. Secure necessary venue permits and cover any associated fees, if applicable.
4. Logistical and Technical Requirements:
Venue Setup: Install stage design, basic sound system, and stage decorations before the event. Stage decoration should include a mix of hot pink, white, and metallic balloons.
Technical Crew: Provide necessary personnel (e.g., technician, stage manager, event assistants).
Event Collaterals: Prepare and print materials, including banners, backdrop tarpaulins, directional signage, and labels for booths.
Tokens for Participants: Provide 150 tokens (e.g., squishy fidget toys).
