"1. Able to deliver at DOH-CHD-CAR Regional Training Center. Meals are ready to be served on or before its scheduled serving time:

2. For snack: shall be individually packed or plated preferrably "lutong bahay" snack like pancit, Aroz Caldo, Sandwiches, etc.; and with refreshments (Bottled Iced Tea/ Fruit Juice)
"3. For Lunch: Self-served meals (byuffe style) consisting of three (3) viands: fish, meat, and vegetables with soup, rice, and dessert with the following specific conditions:
3.1 For Day 1 Lunch: Buffet Style good for 40 pax
3.2 For Day 2 Lunch: Buffet Style good for 20 pax and Packed Lunch for 100 pax"
