Package Inclusion:
Stage Set-up (Stage Skirts, white & green balloons, tarpaulins);

Provide and install LED video wall with 6 x 4 panels and dimension of 12ft (W) x 9ft (H).
Fun Run Set-up with Start and Finish Arches/Banners, Finish Line Ribbon, and 1 Podium;
Installed 4 Canopy Tents with Tables and Chairs for DOH
Team, Food & Drink Area, Registration, and Emergency Medical Services
Fun Run must have race director and 20 marshalls to assist in aid stations;
Determine 5k and 10k fun run route near Burnham Park and hydration areas for runners;
Responsible for processing in Venue Permits & City
Council & Administrator Office & Sports Office & CEPMO
