A) REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. Selected supplier shall provide one (1) prototype/ mock copy for final proofing within three (3) calendar days.

2. End-user shall approve of the final proof within three (3) calendar days upon receipt of the prototype/ mock copy, including any necessary edits.

3. Supplier shall commence mass printing only upon approval of the final proof.

4. Supplier shall provide an electronic copy (in CD or PDF format) together with the printed copies.
