Description : Please see the attached Request for Quotation No. 25-115 for the procurement of Services for the Conduct of CY 2025 Annual Medical and Physical Examination for Phil Ports Authority, PMO-Panay/Guimaras Officials and employees with the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of (P209,300.00) and the Terms and Conditions /Technical specifications for the project.
