A) REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

1. 10 pieces Blower Fan, 24V, 0.5A (±5%), with CE marking or equivalent, 90mm x 25mm (±5%), refer to attached sample image

2. 10 pieces Aircon Drain Pump, 220-230V, 0.1A (±5%), 50-60Hz, Max. discharge head: 3 mts., Power Consumption (Max): 18W, Discharge Pipe size: 4.3mm dia. x 6.8mm, refer to attached sample image

Other Terms and Conditions:
1. The supplier that with the lowest, responsive and complete quotation shall be awarded the project.
2. In the event that no supplier qualifies for the lowest calculated, responsive and complete quotation, the Procuring Entity may award the project per line item to the lowest calculated and responsive quotation for each line item, provided that:
a. Only those suppliers whose total quoted amount are within the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall be eligible for line item award;
