"1. Able to deliver at DOH-CHD CAR Regional Training Center. Meals are ready to be served on or before its scheduled serving time:
AM Snack: 9:30 am
Lunch: 12:00 nn
PM Snack: 3:00 pm"
2. For Lunch: Self-served meals (buffet style) consisting of three (3) viands: fish, meat and vegetables with soup, rice and dessert
3. For AM Snack: shall be individually packed or plated, preferrably "lutong-bahay" snack like: pancit, spaghetti, etc
4. Bottled water or juice
"5. Free freshly brewed flowing coffee to serve on or before 8:00 am.
Coffee grounds must be fresh and not reused."
